Obituary for
Kevin Michael Baker
Kevin Michael Baker-Modin, (5/30/1979-7/14/2016) after a 7 month battle with Leukemia, he lost the fight. He loved his family, friends, the SF Giants, the Oakland Raiders, mountain biking, water skiing, snowboarding and cooking amazing food. He loved life and fought a hard battle always with a positive attitude. Kevin lived many places while growing up, but Vacaville became home in 1987. Kevin graduated from Vacaville High in 1997 and moved to Arizona to attend school where he received a CAD degree. After many jobs, he found his dream job in Vacaville at R22. He is survived by his parents Michael and Kathy Modin, his father Stephen Baker; his sisters Diana Baker, Makayla Modin, Michelle Baker Casteel, brother-in-law Ryan Casteel, and Mia Donnelly; his brothers Matthew Modin and Justin Baker, nieces, Madelinn and Cameron Kirby and numerous friends who will forever hold him in their hearts. A Celebration of Life will be held September 10, 2016 from 1-5 pm at 519 Laramie Way, Vacaville, Ca. As we get closer to the date an announcement will be posted on Facebook.
